About The Square:

The Square is the signature multi-cuisine, all day dining restaurant of Novotel Hotels across the world. Set against a contemporary European décor, the restaurant serves a lavish buffet, overlooking three live counters- Indian, Oriental and Continental cuisines. It also has an outdoor seating (Alfresco) with the swimming pool and lawns as the backdrop.

The restaurant offers buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with three separate sections for Starters, Desserts and Salads respectively. The restaurant also has a ‘make your own salad’ section with a wide range of famous dishes involved. With healthy salads featuring fresh fruits and vegetables during the breakfast, the restaurant also has live Chinese and Kebab counters. Ingredients in every dish are fine and carefully chosen which are sure to satiate your royal senses.
