Sheekh Kabab Recipe

Sheekh Kabab Dish

Ingredients:

  • 250 gms boneless mutton, cut into small cubes
  • 2 tsp adrak-lasan paste
  • 1 small piece of raw papaya
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp dhania powder
  • Salt to taste

Method:

Pass all the mixture through a meat grinder till sticky. Set aside for half an hour. Take a handful of this mixture and press it round a skewer (raw egg may be used for binding).

Roast over charcoal, basting with oil.

Serve hot with pudina chutney.
