Sheekh Kabab Recipe
From Kabab Section of Hyderabad
 Sheekh Kabab Dish
- 250 gms boneless mutton, cut into small cubes
- 2 tsp adrak-lasan paste
- 1 small piece of raw papaya
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tsp dhania powder
- Salt to taste
Pass all the mixture through a meat grinder till sticky. Set aside for half an hour. Take a handful of this mixture and press it round a skewer (raw egg may be used for binding). Roast over charcoal, basting with oil. Serve hot with pudina chutney.
