
Heat ghee, add the sabut masala, chopped onion, washed mutton and salt to taste. Keep frying till brown, then add adrak and lasan paste, dhania powder and green chillies. Keep frying for a while.
Add the chopped tomatoes and fry till the tomatoes form a thick gravy and oil starts separating.
Add 2 cups warm water and cook till tender. Add boiled eggs and simmer till oil floats on top.
Serve hot with chopped kothmir added.
