

To the beaten chops add the adrak-lasan paste, beaten curd, salt to taste, powdered khus khus, chilly powder, garam masala and dhania powder. Mix well and allow to marinate for 1 hour.
Heat oil and add the marinated chops. Cover and allow to cook till ghee separates and the chops become tender.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped kothmir.
Cook the chops in a pan and sprinkle water if required.
