Mutton Chops Recipe
From Kabab Section of Hyderabad
 Mutton Chops Dish
- 8 mutton chops, well beaten
- 3 tbsp beaten curd
- 1 ½ tsp adrak-lasan paste
- 2 tsp dhania powder
- 2 tsp khus khus, powdered
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp oil or ghee
- Salt to taste
To the beaten chops add the adrak-lasan paste, beaten curd, salt to taste, powdered khus khus, chilly powder, garam masala and dhania powder. Mix well and allow to marinate for 1 hour. Heat oil and add the marinated chops. Cover and allow to cook till ghee separates and the chops become tender. Serve hot, garnished with chopped kothmir. Cook the chops in a pan and sprinkle water if required.
