Murg Masala Recipe
From Chicken Dishes Section of Hyderabad
 Murg Masala Dish Hyderabadi 1 medium chicken, cut into big pieces¾ cup beaten curd3 onions, sliced fine, fried crisp and crushed1 tsp garam masala8 red chillies2 tsp jeera4 tsp dhania2 tsp adrak-lasan paste1 onion, chopped3 tbsp ghee½ tsp haldiSalt to tasteGrind the following to a fine paste: red chillies, dhania, jeera, 1 chopped onion and haldi. To the beaten curd add the adrak-lasan paste, crushed onion and salt to taste. Set aside. Heat the ghee, then add the masala paste and fry till the ghee separates. Add the chicken and cook till dry. Add garam masala and 1 ½ cups warm water, then cook till chicken is tender. Serve hot.
