Moz ka Meetha

Moz ka Meetha (Banana Sweet)

Ingredients:

  • 12 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 ½ tbsp ghee
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Water (enough to soak the sugar)
  • A handful of crushed nuts
  • 1 cup beaten cream

Method:

To the sugar add the water. Cook the syrup till it starts browning, then remove.

Fry the bananas in 1 ½ tablespoons ghee.

Now add in the sugar syrup and cook till the mixture thickens.

Remove and spread on a plate. Cover with cream and nuts.
