Masala Chops Dish

 Masala Chops Recipe
- 500 gms chops, well beaten
- 2 tsp adrak-lasan paste
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp haldi
- 2 pinches saffron, dissolved in ½ cup warm water
- ½ cup beaten curd
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tej patta
- 4 cloves
- 3 elaichi
- 2 pieces dalchini
- ½ tsp shahijeera
- 3 tbsp ghee or oil
- Salt to taste
To the beaten chops add the adrak-lasan paste and beaten curd, then set aside. Heat ghee and add tej patta, cloves, elaichi and dalchini. Allow to splutter. Add the chops along with the curd and fry till oil separates, adding chilli powder, haldi, salt to taste and 1 cup warm water. Allow to cook and when nearly done, sprinkle garam masala, shahijeera and saffron water. Garnish with chopped kothmir. Serve hot.
