Malai Korma Recipe

Malai Korma Dish
- 1½ cups malai beaten
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 tsp adrak-lasan paste
- 4 green chillies, slit and cut into 2
- ¼ tsp haldi
- A handful of kothmir, chopped
- 1 tbsp cashewnuts, fried and chopped
- 2 tsp ghee
- Salt to taste
Heat ghee and add the chopped onion, adrak-lasan paste, haldi and green chillies and fry till onion is soft.
Put in the tomatoes and fry till the ghee separates. Then add the malai and salt to taste. Simmer gently.
Serve hot sprinkled with chopped kothmir and chopped cashewnuts.
Accompany with roti.
