

To the washed and dried chicken cubes, apply the lemon juice. Grind the following to a fine paste: green chillies, almonds, adrak-lasan, pudina and kothmir.
Apply this paste to the chicken. Next add the cream and mix well before adding salt to taste. Allow the mixture to then marinate well for 6 hours.
Thread on skewers and grill over charcoal, basting with oil or ghee.
Serve hot with dahi chutney.
