Khushka Dish

From Vegetarian Dishes Section

Ingredients:

  • 500 gms good quality rice
  • 8 – 10 cups water
  • Salt to taste

Method:

Wash and soak the rice for 15 minutes. Then drain.

Heat water and add salt as soon as it boils then add the drained rice. Boil till rice is cooked, drain and cover, keeping the rice over dum.

Serve hot with Khatti Dal.
