Italians say come to Naples and die, we say come to Hyderabad and learn to live life. We have moderate temperature ranging from 15 to 40 degrees Celsius. No severe cold and heat. City primarily observes warm climate, since monsoon showers appear behind schedule. The temperature goes down with the arrival of winter season. The temperature doesn't change much with the change in season, thus providing a moderate temperature in the region. Cotton clothes always go along the weather of Hyderabad, yet light woolens are required in winters. Tropical is the right term to define the climate of Hyderabad. SummerSummer in Hyderabad sets in by March and remains till the end of May or mid-June. Average minimum temperature in summer is 25 degrees Celsius. The temperature may rise upto 40 degrees Celsius on some days in summer.Drink a lot of water to make sure that you are never dehydrated. Stay inside when the sun is at its peak. I hate summer, I can't bear the heat during this season. But I do enjoy visiting water parks, like Ocean Park, Mount Opera and Jalavihar to beat the beat. And on every alternate day I go for swimming at Banjara Hills, Dolphin Swimming Pool, they charge per hour.

Both provide huge range of ice-cream flavors to choose from, my favorite is Custard apple flavor, yummy yummy... MonsoonThe period of monsoon in Hyderabad is June to October. Plenty of rainfall and an accompanying high level of humidity marks the monsoon in Hyderabad. July has the maximum number of rainy days while September gets the maximum rain, there is a saying in Hyderabad "September month sitam-ka-mahina". This is my favorite season. I love eating "hot sweet-corn" with lemon-masala mix flavour during monsoon period.Fish, prawns and crabs are my favorite dishes during monsoon season. My family doesn't make these dishes at home, so I try these dishes outside only. Heavy rain affects Hyderabadi people in most of the areas, vehicles get jammed on roads everywhere. Brings normal life to a halt. Since last 2 monsoon seasons the mostly affected place was Tolichowki and its surrounding areas. WinterWinter in Hyderabad are from November to February. Winter season doesn't make the climate chilly like the northern part of India; it only offers a pleasant weather. During winter season nights are comparatively cool and pleasant. Average minimum temperature in winter is 13 degrees Celsius. The temperature may rise upto 28 degrees Celsius on some days in winter.If you are planning to visit Hyderabad between November to February, it's wise to pack in a few light woolen clothes as well.
