Hyderabad Multi-Modal Transport System Train

Hyderabad MMTS Train (Multi-Modal Transport System Train) is the intra city train service in the city of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. More than 150000 commuters use this service daily, joint parternship by the state of Andhra Pradesh and South Central Railways (SCR) in August 2003. MMTS cover more than 40 stations with around 84 services in the city. Each MMTS train is composed of General, Ladies, PH (Physically Handicapped), Vendor and First class of compartments serving needs of the various requirements/class of the people of this city. The MMTS service runs on high speed electric trains which makes the commute fast and efficient.
