
Heat oil in a pan, fry sliced onion. After it becomes translucent, add ginger garlic paste,g. chillies,tomatoes and fry for a while. Now, add turmeric powder, chillipowder, garam masala powder & salt.
Add beaten egg into this & fry till oil separates. Now add the cubed bread & mix nicely till all the slice were coated. Finally garnish with the coriander leaves.
Note: This is a very appealing breakfast dish. It can also used as an evening snack.
