DIP Recipe

DIP Dish

Ingredients:

  • Fresh yoghurt (dahi) - 500gms
  • Chopped cucumber - 2 pcs
  • Chopped tomato - 1 medium
  • Chopped onion - 1 medium
  • Chaat Masala - 2 tsp
  • Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt-to taste
  • Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves to garnish

Method:

Beat the curd , there should not be any lumps. Add the chopped vegetables and mix thoroughly. Add salt, pepper, red chilli powder,chaat masala and mix thoroughly.

Then garnish with coriander leaves

You can eat this with hot chips (lays chilli flavour)
