Daliae ke Pakore


  • 1 ½ cup boiled dalia
  • 1 ½ tablespoon roasted besan
  • ½ teaspoon red chilly powder
  • ½ tsp amchoor
  • 1 tsp anardana powder
  • 2 onion chopped
  • 2 green chilly
  • 1 tbsp green coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp Ajwain
  • Oil for frying


Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds till they splutter then add chopped green chillies fry for a minute then add tomatoes and fry till tender

Now add red chilli powder, chat masala, haldi then add the bread crumbs and mix it well with the gravy now pour lemon juice upon it and coriender leaves.

Serve hot.
