Chujor Gosht Recipe

 Chujor Gosht Dish
- 500 gms mutton, cut into pieces
- 500 gms chujor (tender flowers & leafs of imli)
- 750 gms onion
- 2 tsp adrak-lasan paste
- 1½ tsp dhania powder
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp haldi
- 4 tbsp refined oil
- Salt to taste
Boil the mutton with 1 chopped onion, a pinch of haldi and salt, till nearly done. Slice fine the remaining onions. Heat the oil and add the sliced onions and cook till soft. Put in the adrak-lasan paste, chilli powder, dhania powder, boiled mutton and fry till oil separates. Now add in the chujor and cook over a slow fire. Keep stirring and add salt to taste. Finally sprinkle 1 teaspoon garam masala. Serve hot with chaval or roti.
