
Boil the mutton with 1 chopped onion, a pinch of haldi and salt, till nearly done. Slice fine the remaining onions.
Heat the oil and add the sliced onions and cook till soft.
Put in the adrak-lasan paste, chilli powder, dhania powder, boiled mutton and fry till oil separates.
Now add in the chujor and cook over a slow fire.
Keep stirring and add salt to taste.
Finally sprinkle 1 teaspoon garam masala.
Serve hot with chaval or roti.
