Bheja Dish

Bheja Recipe
- 2 sheep brains
- 3 medium onions, sliced fine
- 1 tsp adrak-lasan paste
- 1 tsp shredded adrak
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Boil the sheep brains in water till tender. Remove and set-aside.
Smear the brains with adrak-lasan paste, salt and chilli powder.
Heat oil, then add the shredded adrak and sliced onions to this.
Fry the onion till crisp.
Add the brains and fry till nicely browned.
